It’s a new year, which means new stories to tell and photography to take. So, after a much-needed break, I could jump right back into the swing of things in January, working as a second photographer for a fellow photographer Shannon Collins in Philadelphia at the Renaissance Philadelphia Downtown Hotel. First, we braved the freezing temperatures and masked up to stay safe from COVID-19 to photograph a gorgeous snowy wedding in Center City. Then, after a beautiful first look at the hotel, we wandered outside to various parts of Old City to capture some portraits. Perhaps the favorite part of the day was when we headed back out to catch romantic pictures while it was snowing.
Spring is right around the corner, so many scheduled weddings and portrait sessions are underway. Please enjoy some of my favorite shots taken during their special day. Words can’t describe how much I love winter weddings. I wish more people did it! It makes for such a classic, elegant way to celebrate the day. Are you planning to get married in winter 2023? Hit me up! Let me capture a winter romance for you!
